PLEASE set up your FFL pickup location before you even order your firearm, lower receiver or ammunition from Council Guns. If you don't, your order WILL be delayed. Contact your local FFL dealer where you want to receive your order. Inform them that you would like to have your order shipped to their store for pickup. Ask them about their fee for providing the pickup service (usually around $25-$80, but it varies depending on the state and individual FFL dealer). If you agree with the fee, arrange the transfer. Provide your local FFL dealer with our mailing address, email address, and phone number (listed at bottom of page) so that the FFL dealer can send proof of their license to us (Council Guns). Let your retailer know who your FFL dealer is and the address to which they will be sending your order to. Firearms will only be shipped to another FFL. The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.
